TubeSignalHQ is a product operated by DM Visibility LLC. These terms govern participation in the TubeSignalHQ Partner Program. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to DM Visibility LLC.
To participate in the TubeSignalHQ Partner Program you must be at least 18 years old, have an active TubeSignalHQ account, and be approved by DM Visibility LLC. We reserve the right to reject or revoke applications at any time without obligation to provide a reason.
Referrals are tracked via your unique referral link and a browser cookie with a 60-day attribution window. A referral is credited to you when a visitor clicks your link and completes a paid subscription within those 60 days. Only first-touch attribution is used — if a visitor has already clicked another partner's link, the earlier partner retains credit. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all commissions.
Attribution is not guaranteed for every qualifying referral. The referral cookie is only set with the visitor's own analytics-cookie consent (see our Cookie Policy), and is never set at all if the visitor's browser sends a Do Not Track signal, regardless of consent. Attribution can also fail or be lost where the visitor blocks or deletes cookies, uses a different browser or device between clicking your link and subscribing, uses privacy-focused browser software or extensions that strip tracking parameters, or completes the purchase after the 60-day window has elapsed. You should not represent to prospective referrals that every visit or purchase through your link is guaranteed to be credited.
If you promote TubeSignalHQ in exchange for a commission, applicable law (including FTC guidance on endorsements and material connections) requires you to clearly and conspicuously disclose that relationship wherever you promote your referral link — in the same post, video, page, or message as the endorsement, not hidden in a linked profile, footer, collapsed description, or buried in a long list of hashtags.
Acceptable disclosure language includes, for example:
You are solely responsible for your disclosure practices and for complying with the advertising and endorsement laws of the jurisdictions in which you promote TubeSignalHQ. Failure to disclose your commission relationship is treated as prohibited conduct under Section 6 and may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
Commission rates are determined by your active paid referral count at the time of each transaction. Tiers and rates are as follows:
| Tier | Commission Rate | Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Explorer | 15% | Entry level — no minimum |
| Creator | 18% | 5 active paid referrals |
| Professional | 20% | 10 active paid referrals |
| Elite | 22% | 25 active paid referrals |
| Legend | 25% | 50 active paid referrals |
| Titan | 30% | 100 active paid referrals |
Your tier is automatically resolved based on your current active paid referral count. An “active paid referral” is a customer you referred whose subscription is currently active, trialing, or past-due — not cancelled, and not a Free-plan account.
DM Visibility LLC reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and commission rates with 30 days' written notice to active partners.
Commissions are recurring, not one-time.You earn a commission on the referred customer's initial subscription payment and on every subsequent renewal payment they make, for as long as both their subscription and your partner status remain active — there is no fixed number of payments or duration after which recurring commissions stop, other than the customer cancelling, the subscription lapsing, or your own partner status changing (Section 7).
What the percentage applies to.Your commission rate is applied to the actual amount Stripe collects from the customer for each individual payment (after any discount, coupon, or credit is applied, since those reduce what Stripe actually charges) — not before Stripe's own processing fees are deducted, since those are a cost of processing the payment, not a reduction of the sale amount your commission is based on. “Percentage of gross subscription amount” in these Terms means the actual per-transaction amount collected, calculated this way.
Refunds and chargebacks. If a referred customer's payment is refunded, the commission tied to that specific payment is reversed. This applies per-transaction — reversing one renewal's commission does not reverse commissions already paid or pending on other, un-refunded payments from the same customer.
Upgrades, downgrades, and reactivations. Each Stripe invoice actually paid by a referred customer — including a prorated upgrade charge — generates its own commission calculated on that invoice's amount. A downgrade or cancellation that does not itself generate a payment does not generate a commission. If a referred customer later reactivates a cancelled subscription, payments from that reactivation are treated the same as any other renewal for commission purposes.
Which rate applies. The commission rate applied to a given payment is whichever rate (tier-based or any custom rate DM Visibility LLC has separately assigned you) is in effect on your account at the moment that specific payment is processed — not the rate in effect when the referral was first made, and not the rate in effect when the commission is later paid out. A mid-relationship tier change only affects commissions on payments processed after the change; it is not applied retroactively.
All commissions are held for 30 days from the transaction date before becoming eligible for payout. This hold period exists to account for refunds and chargebacks. If a referred customer requests a refund within the hold period, the associated commission will be reversed. Commissions that have already been paid out and are subsequently reversed due to fraud or chargebacks may be deducted from future payouts.
Payouts can be requested once your approved (post-hold) commission balance reaches a minimum of $100 USD. Payout requests are reviewed and processed manually within 10 business days. Payments are issued via PayPal or bank transfer — you are responsible for providing accurate payment details by emailing partners@tubesignalhq.com.
Payouts are issued by DM Visibility LLC. DM Visibility LLC reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts if there is an ongoing fraud review, a dispute, or a violation of these terms under investigation.
The following actions will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions:
Either party may terminate the partnership at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, commissions that have already been approved (past the 30-day hold) will be honored subject to the payout terms above. Commissions still within the hold period at the time of termination may be forfeited at DM Visibility LLC's discretion. Termination due to prohibited conduct results in immediate forfeiture of all pending and approved commissions.
Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of DM Visibility LLC or TubeSignalHQ. You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations arising from commissions you receive. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and DM Visibility LLC.
Participation in the Partner Program grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to reference the TubeSignalHQ name and describe your relationship as an affiliate, solely to promote TubeSignalHQ in a truthful, non-misleading way and in compliance with Section 2a. This permission does not include any right to use TubeSignalHQ's logo, trademarks, or other brand assets except where we've separately provided approved assets for that purpose, and does not permit you to imply that you are TubeSignalHQ, are officially endorsed beyond your role as a partner, or speak on our behalf.
You may not register, use, or attempt to acquire any domain name, social media handle, app name, or similar identifier that includes “TubeSignalHQ” or a confusingly similar variation, or that could reasonably lead a visitor to believe it is operated by us rather than by you as a partner. Doing so is prohibited conduct under Section 6.
You are solely responsible for ensuring any email, text message, social media post, advertisement, or other marketing you send or publish to promote your referral link complies with applicable law, including anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/PECR marketing-consent rules) and the advertising terms of any platform you use. DM Visibility LLC is not responsible for marketing content or channels you choose to use, and you agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your non-compliant marketing conduct.
You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you receive. Where required by applicable law, DM Visibility LLC may request a completed tax form (such as a W-9 for U.S. persons or a W-8 series form for non-U.S. persons) before processing a payout, and may withhold payout, or withhold and remit a portion of a payout to the applicable tax authority, where required by law or where a valid, requested tax form has not been provided.
Non-public information you receive from us in connection with the Partner Program — including commission rates not published on our public pages, performance data about other partners, and unreleased product or pricing information — is confidential. You agree not to disclose it to third parties or use it for any purpose other than participating in the Partner Program.
Your participation in the Partner Program is non-exclusive. You may participate in other affiliate or partner programs, including those of competing products, and we may operate the Partner Program with any number of other partners on the same or different terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DM Visibility LLC's total liability to you arising out of or related to the Partner Program shall not exceed the total commissions actually paid to you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. DM Visibility LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your participation in the Partner Program.
These Partner Program Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles, consistent with our general Terms of Service.
DM Visibility LLC may update these terms at any time. Material changes (including commission rate changes) will be communicated to active partners by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued participation after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
