TubeSignalHQ is a software-as-a-service product operated by DM Visibility LLC ("DM Visibility LLC", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using TubeSignalHQ ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
TubeSignalHQ is a YouTube creator intelligence platform. It currently provides the following modules:
Video Readiness Audit — you submit a video title, thumbnail image, opening hook, and transcript excerpt. The Service returns scored diagnostic reports (Click Confidence and Retention Risk) based on observable packaging signals. Scores reflect the presence or absence of measurable signals; they do not predict performance on YouTube.
Channel Health — connect your YouTube channel via Google OAuth to access channel analytics and performance data. Requires granting read-only access to your channel data and analytics (see Section 6). The scored assessment (hook, retention, and packaging scores, and personalised recommendations derived from them) is temporarily unavailable while we complete the applicable YouTube API compliance review; your raw connected-channel data remains visible where it is not itself a derived score.
Viewer Fatigue Risk — analysis of your connected channel's content history, including video transcripts obtained via YouTube's Captions API for channels you've connected through Google OAuth. The risk-tier assessment (topic repetition, viewer fatigue patterns, and authenticity signals) is temporarily unavailable while we complete the applicable YouTube API compliance review.
Competitor Intel — competitive intelligence workspaces. You select competitor YouTube channels (sourced from the public YouTube Data API) and a goal; the Service ingests and displays their public YouTube data (titles, view/subscriber/like/comment counts, thumbnails, publish dates). The calculated analysis built from that data — outlier detection, pattern/DNA/alignment analysis, title-pattern mining, and generated video ideas — is temporarily unavailable while we complete the applicable YouTube API compliance review.
Publish Planner — content planning workspace. Manage video concepts through a production pipeline (draft, scripted, filmed, published), including script outlines, thumbnail concepts, scheduling, and validation.
The features and limits available to you depend on your subscription plan. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where those changes materially affect your use of the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each person must maintain their own account. Accounts and login credentials may not be shared between people. A user may access one or more workspaces only where they've been authorised to do so by that workspace's owner or an administrator; access within a workspace is governed by the user's assigned role and permissions. Data you create or connect within a workspace (connected channels, reports, audits, Publish Planner content) is workspace data, visible to other members of that same workspace according to their role — see our Privacy Policy Section 3a ("Workspaces and collaboration") for exactly what each role can see and do. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate individual accounts.
Access may be invitation-only during certain periods. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
TubeSignalHQ offers Free and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Studio). Plan features and limits — including audit allowances, calendar events, connected channels, Competitor Intel rooms, and maximum competitors per room — are as published on the pricing page. Limits may be adjusted by us from time to time; we will give reasonable notice before reducing limits on active paid plans.
Monthly billing — paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
Cancellation — you may cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings. No email is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
Upgrades — plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. You are charged the difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrades — plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your current plan access until then.
Usage resets — monthly usage allowances (e.g. audits, calendar events) reset each month for both monthly and annually billed subscriptions. Annual billing changes how often subscription fees are charged; it does not convert monthly usage allowances into a single annual allowance. Unused monthly allowances do not carry over. See Section 5 for how this applies specifically to annual plans.
Failed payments — if a payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or downgrade to the Free plan.
Where available, annual plans are billed as a single upfront charge for 12 months at a discounted rate.
Upgrades from annual — upgrading to a higher plan or switching from monthly to annual is treated as an immediate upgrade with prorated billing.
Downgrades from annual — downgrading to a lower plan or switching from annual to monthly is scheduled to take effect at the end of your annual billing period. No mid-cycle refund is issued for unused months on the annual plan, except where required by applicable law or under our Refund Policy.
Usage resets on annual plans — monthly usage allowances reset each month for annually billed subscriptions, exactly as they do for monthly subscriptions. Annual billing changes how often you're charged; it does not convert your monthly usage allowances into a single allowance for the whole year, and using your full monthly allowance in one month does not exhaust your entitlement for the remainder of your annual term. Unused monthly allowance does not carry over from one month to the next.
Certain features (Channel Health, Viewer Fatigue Risk) require you to connect your YouTube channel via Google OAuth. Connecting your channel is a two-step authorization, not a single combined grant:
Standard connection — by connecting your channel, you authorise TubeSignalHQ to access your channel data using the following read-only scopes:

By using TubeSignalHQ features that access or use YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. TubeSignalHQ and DM Visibility LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
By connecting your channel you confirm that you are the channel owner or are authorised to grant this access, and that your use of the Service in connection with your channel complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's API Services User Data Policy.
You may revoke our access at any time by disconnecting your channel from within the Channel Health or Viewer Fatigue Risk section of the dashboard — which deletes the channel's data from our systems immediately — or through your Google Account's third-party access page, which we detect and act on within 7 days. Revoking through Google may revoke the entire authorization, not a single permission within it — Google does not support partial revocation of one connection. You agree not to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You retain full ownership of any content you submit to the Service — including video titles, thumbnail images, script outlines, calendar entries, and any other material you create or upload.
By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (see our Privacy Policy).
You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe any third party's rights and complies with all applicable laws.
Competitor Intel's underlying data is sourced entirely from publicly available YouTube Data API data. Calculated Competitor Intel reports and insights, where and when available (see Section 2), are for lawful competitive research only and must be used in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service.
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of competitor data, which is subject to YouTube API availability, rate limits, and the data YouTube makes publicly accessible.
Diagnostic scores, risk assessments, Viewer Fatigue Risk reports, and Competitor Intel recommendations are analytical outputs based on observable signals and patterns. They are provided for informational purposes only.
They do not predict view counts, click-through rates, subscriber growth, revenue, or any other YouTube performance metric. Acting on any output from the Service does not guarantee any particular outcome. You use all outputs at your own discretion and risk.
TubeSignalHQ and DM Visibility LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or Alphabet Inc. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Use of the YouTube name and API is in accordance with YouTube's Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
The TubeSignalHQ platform — including its interface, diagnostic logic, scoring methodology, analysis pipelines, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You retain full ownership of content you submit. We claim no ownership over your titles, thumbnails, scripts, channel data, or calendar entries.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Google (YouTube API and OAuth), Supabase (infrastructure), and others listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third parties' terms of service.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TubeSignalHQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
By you — you may delete your account at any time from Settings, subject to the workspace condition below. If your workspace has an active, trialing, or past-due subscription, deleting your account cancels that subscription immediately — not at the end of the current billing period — and no refund is issued for the remaining period. Account deletion is permanent and initiates deletion of your account and associated data in accordance with the retention and deletion periods described in our Privacy Policy. Google and YouTube Authorized Data is deleted as soon as possible and within the applicable periods stated in our Privacy Policy. Certain billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law.
Shared-workspace condition — if you are the sole Owner of a workspace that has other members, we block account deletion until you remove those members (Settings → Team) or otherwise resolve the workspace's ownership — this prevents your account deletion from silently deleting shared data other people are still using, or leaving it without an owner. See our Privacy Policy Section 3a ("Workspaces and collaboration") for full detail. This restriction does not apply if you are the workspace's only member, or if you are not the workspace Owner.
By us — we may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or us. We will give reasonable notice where practical, except where immediate action is required to protect the Service or other users.
On termination for cause by us, no refund is due for the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
