What counts as a packaging audit?
One submission — title, thumbnail image, opening hook, and transcript excerpt — counts as one audit. The count resets on your billing cycle start date.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing portal. Proration is handled automatically by Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 7 days of any charge if you haven't used more than 3 audits on the paid plan.
Is there an annual plan?
Annual plans are in progress. Sign up on a monthly plan now — you can switch when annual billing becomes available.
What happens if I hit my limit?
The audit form disables until your cycle resets or you upgrade. All existing results stay accessible.
What is Experience Risk?

What are War Rooms?

Do I need to connect my YouTube channel?
Not for packaging audits — submit your title, thumbnail, opening hook, and transcript excerpt with no channel connection needed. Channel connection is required for My Channel and Experience Risk.
