Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 June 2025. Last updated: 9 June 2026.

Monthly plan refunds

We issue refunds for monthly plan charges when **all three** of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the charge date.
  • Fewer than 3 audits have been used on the paid plan in the current billing cycle.
  • The account is in good standing (no policy violations or unpaid balances).

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused audit allowances beyond the threshold above, or plan downgrades mid-cycle.

Annual plan refunds

Annual plans are charged as a single upfront payment for 12 months. The same eligibility conditions apply: the request must be made within 7 days of the initial annual charge and fewer than 3 audits must have been used.

After the 7-day window, no refund is issued for unused months remaining on an annual plan.

This is without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law (for example, statutory cancellation rights under UK or EU consumer law). If you believe statutory rights apply to your situation, please contact us.

Cancellation is not the same as a refund

These are two different things:

  • **Cancellation** ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then. No charge is reversed.
  • **Refund** returns the charge to your payment method and ends your subscription immediately.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings — no email required.

Free plan

The Free plan has no charges, so no refund applies.

How to request a refund

Email support@tubesignalhq.com with your account email address and "Refund request" in the subject line. We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before filing a dispute with your card issuer. We resolve billing errors quickly — a chargeback creates unnecessary friction for both parties and may result in your account being placed under review while the dispute is open.
